The Industrial Ecology department CML, Leiden University has positions for an Assistant professor in Industrial Ecology and a PhD student in Environmentally extended input output analysis. The Assistant professor is a re-advertised position.
For both positions we look for people with a strong interest in quantitative methods and for the Assistant professor good data handling and programming skills. Of course knowledge of IE tools like LCA, MFA and EE IO is a strong advantage, but our experience is that also people from other disciplines can do well in our field provided they have this strong quantitative background and are interested in our field.
